On Saturday Aug. 24th the field at Brainerd will be transformed for the fourth straight year into a fabulous outdoor festival featuring fine wines, craft beers, cigars, delicious food, live music and more. Live music from some of the area's finest musicians will provide entertainment throughout the festival. Local homebrewers will compete in the third annual Besley's Homebrew Competition. An exciting addition to this year's festival is Libertyville Sunrise Rotary's "Goose is Loose" cash raffle. Cash prizes totaling $30,000 will be awarded to 21 lucky ticket holders. Combined festival admission and a chance in the Rotary raffle drawing will be sold in advance for $50. Admission to the festival only is $30 in advance/$40 at the gate, with Designated Driver tickets available at the gate for $10. Raffle tickets are available separately for $25, or five for $100.
